Dr. Richard S.M. Rayborn, Sr., founded the Christian Assembly Full Gospel Church on August 1, 1991. After receiving a vision from the Lord, he set to work to make it happen. His journey wasn’t an easy one, but God provided and blessed him with the resources and a giving community to get the job done!
Bishop Dr. Richard S.M. Rayborn, Jr.
Bishop Richard S.M. Rayborn, Jr. is a native of Darrow, Louisiana. He is the son of Dr. Richard S.M. Rayborn, Sr. and Eartha L. Rayborn. After years in the Ministry working underneath his late father and the late Rev. Victor Pedescleaux, Bishop Rayborn became the proud Pastor of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, in White Castle, Louisiana in October 2005. Six years later on August 7, 2011, he became the Pastor of The Christian Assembly Full Gospel Church in Gonzales, Louisiana.
